✨ What’s New
We’ve added a new feature that allows users to block suspicious or fraudulent customers directly from the Customer Page. You can now block customers by IP address, email address, or both—helping you prevent abuse such as modified shipping labels and scam buybacks.
🛠️ Key Features
🔐 Block Customers by IP, Email, or Domain
A new setting is available under the Customer Page that lets you block buyers using their IP address, specific email address, or entire email domains (e.g. @fraudmail.com).
Blocked users will no longer be able to access your widgets or submit buybacks.
🗂️ View & Manage Blocked List
A new page displays a list of all blocked IPs, emails, and domains. From here, you can review and remove blocked records if needed. Includes a shortcut button to access this page quickly.

⚠️ Confirmation Prompt for Blocking Actions
To prevent mistakes, a confirmation message appears before finalizing any block.
Message explains: "Are you sure you want to block this customer? Blocking them will prevent them from placing any future orders."

🔓 Unblock Customers When Needed
Users can also unblock a customer’s email or IP, restoring their access.

👁️ IP Tracking in Offer Details
IP addresses are now visible in:
In-Store “Offer Information” section on the Offer Detail page
Mail-In “Offer Information” section on the Offer Detail page
✅ Why This Matters
🚫 Reduces fraud attempts like manipulated shipping labels
👥 Gives sellers more control over who can use their services
📛 Blocking domains helps eliminate groups of scam accounts at once
🔒 Enhances security while keeping the platform flexible and manageable
