Define the maximum number of items a customer can include in a single Mail-In offer. Keep shipments manageable and risk low.

 📏 Built-In System Cap
In the Mail-In section of Offer Settings, the item limit is limited at 99.

🛒 Smart Enforcement in the Offer Widget (Cart)
The system enforces limits in real time. If a customer tries to add more than allowed, they’ll see:

“Maximum total quantity of 99 items has been reached.”

“The quantity exceeds the maximum limit of __, quantity will be reset __  .”
