📦 Improved Shipping Info Management in Offer Details

✨ What’s New

Managing shipping labels and tracking info is now faster. We’ve enhanced the Offer Details page and Shipping Information modal to help you quickly resolve label errors, regenerate kits, and stay on top of shipping status—all in one place.

🛠️ Key Features

Offer Details Enhancements

• 🏷️ “Offer ID#” is now labeled simply as Offer, with the Offer ID shown below
  
  
  

• 🔁 Two new options in the Offer menu:

  • Regenerate Shipping Label 

  • Edit Shipping Information (moved from the old “Customize Tracking Number” button)
    
    
    

• 🚚 “Tracking Number” section renamed to Shipping Information
  
  

• 🟢 Shipping Label Status is now shown directly below tracking info with two states:
   

  • Shipping Label is Not Available (Error)

Rules: You can regenerate the shipping label 5 times in 1 hour. If you failed to regenerate the shipping label 5 times in an hour there will be a message "The shipping label failed to generate. Once the root cause is resolved, you can click “Regenerate Shipping Label” to generate both the shipping label and the shipping kit again. The new tracking number and shipping kit will then be automatically attached to the Offer Details page."
