 We’ve introduced a new setting that allows users without active shipping integrations to customize the Mail-In offer confirmation message, giving customers clearer instructions when submitting their items. This replaces the default "Download Shipping Kit" button with user-defined content—ensuring your customer knows exactly what to do next.

• Shipping Integration Disabled

  This customization is automatically disabled as the system will handle label generation and provide the standard "Download Shipping Kit" flow.
  
  

  

📦 Mail-In Offers Without Integration

• Offers submitted without an active shipping integration now show a red triangle icon in the offer list.
  
  

• Tooltip on hover: "Shipping label must be sent manually for this offer. Enable a supported shipping integration if one of our available integrations supports your shipping carrier to avoid manual workload."
  

  

  
  

🔧 Offer Detail Page Adjustments

• The same warning message is displayed directly in the offer detail.
  
  
  

• The "Regenerate Shipping Label" button is removed for these offers, as no label can be generated.
