What’s New

 You can now email PhoneCheck diagnostic reports directly to customers from the offer details page—either per item or for the entire offer. This update makes it easier for businesses to share transparency reports and improves overall communication flow with sellers.

🛠️ Key Features

📩 Email Reports from Offer Details

  • A new “Send PhoneCheck Report” button is now available in the Offer Detail page.


  • You can choose to:


    • Send an individual report for a single item.


    • Send all reports for every item in the offer (in one email).


🔒 Smart Validation

  • If any item does not have a PhoneCheck report, the system prevents sending to avoid confusion.


  • Only valid, completed reports will be included in the email.


📤 Automated Email Delivery

  • The reports are sent automatically to the customer’s email associated with the offer.


  • No manual downloads or file handling needed.
