What’s New

We’ve added a “Delivered” status to the dashboard to give users clearer, real-time visibility into package delivery. No more clicking into individual offers to check delivery—shipment progress now updates automatically using carrier tracking data.

🛠️ Key Features

Dashboard Shipment Tracking (Mail-In & Easy Offer)

  • ✅ New “Delivered” status appears once a package is marked delivered by the carrier


  • 📍 Lets users track delivery without navigating to the Offer Page


  • 🔄 Updates are synced with tracking numbers in real time


Mail-In View Enhancements

  • 📅 A new custom column named “Delivered” displays the date the package was received

  • 👁️ Helps teams scan for completed shipments at a glance


Workflow Integration

  • 🆕 Added “Delivered” as a status option in workflows


  • 📧 Includes a new email template triggered when a package is delivered:


  • Subject: Your package has arrived at {:company-name}

  • Body (default):
   > Your package has been delivered!
   > Great news—your package has arrived at {:company-name}! Next, we’ll unpack it and begin inspecting your items. Keep an eye on your inbox for updates as we process them.
   > If you sent multiple items, they may be processed at different speeds.
