✨ What’s New
We’ve upgraded the Offer Limit Settings to include minimum limits, giving businesses more flexibility to control the types of offers they accept. Alongside maximum limits, you can now set minimum thresholds by payout amount, item quantity, or both—helping to avoid low-value shipments and protect profit margins.
🛠️ Key Features
📊 Minimum Offer Limits
Set by Dollar Amount (e.g., offer payout must be at least $50)
Set by Item Quantity (e.g., at least 2 items per offer)
Or apply both together for full flexibility
Default: OFF for all current and new users
📦 Per-Offer Basis Control
Minimum and maximum limits can be applied individually per offer
Works seamlessly with existing maximum limits
📂 Scope Control
Apply limits to:
Specific Categories (e.g., iPhone only)
Multiple Categories (e.g., iPhone + iPad)
Entire Active Catalog
✉️ Mail-In Offers Only
Minimum limit settings apply only to Mail-In offers (to avoid unnecessary shipping costs)
⚠️ Widget Warnings
If a customer’s selection doesn’t meet the minimum limits, the Widget will display a warning and prevent the offer from being submitted until requirements are met
📝 Examples
Category-Based: iPhone → Max: 20 items | Min: $50 total payout
Multi-Category: iPhone + iPad → Max: 20 items | Min: $50 total payout
Catalog-Wide: Entire active catalog → Max: 20 items | Min: $50 total payout
✅ Why This Matters
🚚 Avoids covering shipping costs for very small or low-value offers
⚖️ Provides granular control over offer thresholds
🛡️ Protects profitability by ensuring meaningful transactions
📈 Improves customer experience with clear offer expectations
