What’s New

We’ve added a dedicated Offers Settings page and introduced a powerful automation: Auto-Accept Revised Offers. This feature allows you to automatically accept revised offers if customers don’t respond within a set number of days—boosting efficiency and keeping your operations moving.

🛠️ Key Features

🗂️ New Offers Settings Page

  • All offer-related settings have been moved from Widget Settings → Offer Settings to a new Offers section

  • Easier access and better organization for managing offer workflows

✅ Auto-Accept Revised Offers

  • Set a rule to auto-accept revised offers after X days of no response

  • Includes a minimum 15-day validation to prevent premature acceptance

  • Tooltip helps guide users:

"Set the duration for automatically accepting your unresponded revised buyback offer. After [number] days, any auto-accepted offers will be grouped under the 'Seller Accepted' status."

📂 New Filters on Mail-In & In-Store → “Not as Described” Tab

  • Dropdown menu under Seller Accepted to filter by acceptance type:

    • All Type Accepted

    • Accepted by Seller (customer clicked accept)

    • Accepted on Behalf of Seller (user clicked accept)

    • Automatically Accepted (system-accepted after expiry)

🔖 Offer Details Page Label

  • Auto-accepted offers now show an “Auto Accepted” label next to their status for clear visibility

📝 Customer Portal Email Templates (Mail-In & In-Store)

  • When this feature is enabled, an extra message appears:

"If we don’t hear from you by {:expire-date}, your new offer will be automatically accepted, and we will proceed with the payment at the revised price."

  • New shortcode {:expire-date} lets users customize expiration messaging

📨 New Email Templates: Auto-Accept Reminder & Confirmation
