Core

Starting at $99/month

Core gives businesses the essentials to launch and manage a trade-in program, with two locations included in the $99 monthly base price. You get Reusely's product catalog and automated pricing engine, Buyback Widget, Customer Portal, inventory and offer tracking, API access, and more.

Need more locations? Core can support up to 26 locations in total. Beyond the two included in the base plan, you can add up to 24 additional locations for $49 per location. This gives smaller businesses room to expand without having to move to another plan immediately.

Scale

Starting at $249/month

Scale is built for growing trade-in businesses that need more advanced tools, with 10 locations included in the $249 monthly base price. It includes everything in Core, plus Batch Quote, advanced shipping rules, live chat support, and access to both buying and selling through the Reusely Marketplace.

If you need more locations, Scale supports up to 26 in total. Beyond the 10 included in the base plan, you can add up to 16 additional locations for $49 per location. This makes Scale a better fit when your business needs more included locations and additional tools for higher-volume operations.

Enterprise

Starting at $999/month

Enterprise is built for businesses with 25 or more locations that need more control over complex trade-in operations. It includes everything in Scale, plus white-label capabilities, custom integrations, dedicated support, and more flexibility for large networks, reseller programs, and businesses managing multiple accounts.

Whichever plan fits your business, the core Reusely experience stays with you. The Buyback Widget, Customer Portal, API access, and webhooks are available across all three plans, so growing your business doesn't mean rebuilding your trade-in workflow.

Move Up or Down as Your Business Changes

Your Reusely plan isn't permanent. You can upgrade as your trade-in operation grows or downgrade if your needs change. You can also save 10% with annual prepay, giving you another way to keep your subscription cost under control.

Add Reusely Pay When You Need It

Reusely Pay is an automated payout solution, currently available for US-based payouts, that lets you pay trade-in sellers directly through Reusely. It keeps the payment step connected to the rest of your trade-in workflow, so your team can manage payouts without switching to a separate payment system.

Reusely Pay is optional and usage-based, so it doesn't add another fixed cost to your Reusely plan. You only pay when you process payouts through it, with rates that decrease as payout volume grows. If you already pay sellers through store credit, gift cards, or your own system, you can continue doing so without adding Reusely Pay.
